A “new” galaxy was discovered recently, this one is a mere 13.1 billion light years from earth. Scientists speculate that it is one of the first galaxies formed after the Big Bang occurred. Due to the fact that we are seeing an image of this galaxy as it looked billions of years ago, by now it could be a teaming, thriving metropolis of space creatures, far more intellectually superior than us silly humans.
